Dishank was very informative and polite. He resolved the problem very quickly. The temp was too high and therefore the food at the rear of the fridge was always frozen. Since adjusting the temperature and looking at the parts that were contributing to the problem . All seemed to be ok and working. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting repairs. Thanking you
